Oot ma effin way! Actress Ashley Judd says her Scots racecar driver husband Dario Franchitti swore his way to victory at the Indianapolis 500. Judd cheered on her hubby of eight years as he raced to the finish line at Sunday's event in Indiana earning himself a massive $1.6million.
Judd last night told U.S. host Ellen DeGeneres that she listened in on Franchitti's in car communication and his 'profoundly Scottish cursing.'
She said: "I listen to the in car communications at the track.
"He gets into his profoundly Scottish cursing dialect but it's an appropriate time to get road rage.


"It's usually directed at the back markers who wont get out of the way . . . or the officials . . . or just the IRL (Indy Racing League) in general."Off the track, however, Judd says Franchitti is a courteous driver.
"He's quick but he's incredibly respectful and very lawful," Judd said.
"I think that's a common misconception about racing drivers - they are the most correct drivers they always use there turn signals and go the appropriate speed in the appropriate lane."
The Indianapolis 500-Mile Race had to be cut short due to heavy rains with Franchitti, 34, being declared the winner just 415 miles into the event.
The couple had even more to celebrate as Judd's new horror film 'Bug' made $3.3 million at the US box office during its opening weekend.

Not many men can upstage Johnny Depp – but that's what a lovestruck boyfriend from Rochdale did to win his girlfriend's hand in marriage. Mark Spencer took Heather Hickey, his girlfriend of ten years, to see the new Pirates Of The Caribbean film.
But instead of tucking into popcorn and feasting her eyes on Hollywood hearthrob Depp, a gobsmacked Miss Hickey saw her 27-year-old partner on screen. He had secretly asked the cinema if it would show a written advert asking for her hand in marriage. But the Odeon went one better and filmed his proposal.

He said: 'I hope this is romantic enough. I love you to bits and I want the whole world to know it.' 'I turned round to look at him,' said Miss Hickey, 24, 'and he was down on one knee, holding out a ring.' Then the whole cinema stood up and cheered. She added: 'I was too stunned to speak. We just hugged.'

Mr. Small, well known entrepreneur and raconteur, was the principal guest of the McLaren Mercedes F1 racing team today. Mr Small completed his guest lap without incident and actually set the fastest lap time this season. He refused a job offer from Team Leader Ron Dennis saying that he could not consider driving a vehicle without speakers.


Accompanying Mr. Small was his friend and muse, Sans Pantaloons who is pictured above with Michael Schumacher watching Mr. Small set his fastest lap time. Sans Pantaloons did not accept his invitation to guest drive, citing his poor eyesight due to his sunglasses being surgically fixed to his skull.
