Teri, yes they are Scottish bats. Their fur is plaid in yellow, black and red. Aghhhh!! Suddenly just remembered that picture posted by Chris.
Nice graphic! But I had to go and click on the link to Chris's blog and now I must go poke my eyes out...again...
