Sans and the School of Yesterday.

A rose in my hand I hold
A life halted like paradox foretold
Where then lie my bones in rest
The truth we learn by reading stones, my guest.

The search in time shall lead me find
To payment of respect tenfold my quest
Maybe one day I shall be blessed
And locate a beautiful mind enshrined.

Saint Sanguinus.

As posted previously, I have been honoured to create the cover art for Saint Sanguinus, the debut novel of Julia Phillips Smith.

Julia, who Blogs at A Piece of my Mind, has released the novel as an ebook, and now as a print version. I'm only a couple of chapters in, but I already know it is a very clever and well written book.*
Excerpts are available to read online at Julia's Book site and at the ebook Smashwords site.
Julia has written and directed two video trailers to light the emotional fuse.

Peredur's Story

Do you want another life?

Tanwen's story

I cannot live without him.

This is my first foray into book covers. Julia has other works in progress, so hopefully I shall be submitting future covers for her approval.
*And scary!

Happy New Year!

Mirror, mirror, on my screen,
what does this Sans strange message mean?
Loudly doth the Church bells ring,
What hope will this new year bring?
Joy to you in this New Year!
