Get to the 'Add and Arrange Page Elements' page:

Click on the 'Add a Page Element' button in the sidebar where you want the linklist to be. I have highlighted the upper one as shown below:

This will bring up a new dialogue box 'Choose a New Page Element' Click Link List 'Add to Blog' and this will bring up a new dialogue box where you can fill in the details of your links, as shown below. Clicking upon the graphics here will enable a larger view.

You can fill in as many links as you like, clicking the 'Add Link' button after each entry. When finished, click the 'Save Changes' button. This will take you back to the original page, then click the 'Save ' button.
